The antibody was tested on XTC cells fixed in methanol at -20oC for 5 minutes. The antibody was used at a 1:400 dilution in PBS for 20 minutes. It gave strong cytosolic staining, and faint spindles. The antibody works in PFA-fixed XTC cells but with high background.
