ORFeome, fosmid & BAC shipments

ORFeome plasmids, fosmids and BACs are shipped as bacterial stubs on solid agar. These are inoculated and grown o/n at 37ºC. Once grown, they can be stable at room temperature for about 2 weeks allowing the shipment by normal post.

Once received, the plasmids can be stored at 4ºC for about 1 month.

To recover the plasmids, please follow the protocols described by Addgene.
