Antibody staining both X. laevis and X.tropicalis.
Can be double stained with antibody 3G8, showing that the two antibodies pick up different parts of the kidney.
This antibody works better at a 1/10 dilution.
X. laevis
Staining in the tubules can begin to be seen at stage 34, and gets progressively stronger with development
X. tropicalis
Antibody picks up more tissues in X. tropicalis such as ventral blood island at stage 32 and blood vessels in the fin at stage 44
