The antibody was tested on XTC cells fixed in -20oC methanol for 5 minutes. The antibody was used at a 1:5
00 dilution in PBS for 20 minutes. The antibody was not tested on PFA fixed cells since it does not work with PFA fixation in mammalian cells.
