pTransgenesis Plasmids

Below is a list of the plasmids that currently make up the pTransgenesis collection held at the EXRC.

These plasmids, specially the pDest vectors, have been known to spontaneously re-combine. Please take extra attention when transforming them and try to avoid growing them for more than 14hs.

Please let us know if you experience any difficulties and we will get replacements sent out.
