330 bp of promoter of the X. laevis hsp70 gene driving expression Dkk1GFP and 2.2 kb gamma crystallin promoter driving tdTomato. Dkk1 (labeled withGFP) specifically blockes Wnt/beta-catenin signaling and Dkk1GFP expression can be induced at a specific time-point by a heat-shock in this transgenic Xenopus. Thus, you can block Wnt/beta-catenin signaling temporally at desired time-point by a heat-shock.
