Phenotype: CAG promoter driving expression of SCAT3, the Caspase 3 activation (apoptosis) sensor and the rabbit β-globin polyA signal sequence. SCAT3 is a hybrid protein of seCFP-Venus linked with the caspase-3 recognition sequence (DEVD).
