Phenotype: Homozygous tailbud stage embryos (tbxt (t, Xbra) -/- tbxt.2 (t2,Xbra3) -/- ) do not develop any tail.

Type of mutation:Double talen-induced mutant line. Talen induced 2-bp deletion in exon 1 of tbxt and 7 bp deletion in exon 3 of tbxt.2. Mutations are on the same chromosome, 30kb apart, so are inherited together.
